This is a good idea, thanks for the suggestion. If we added a feature that allows adding a “do not disturb” period for a service, would that work in this case?

Would it be hard to implement CSV import/ecport too? Or maybe even prior to iCal (I suspect it should be easier to implement).

I’m happy to announce that we have a new version of the calendar live in production! We are running a beta testing period where we are giving customers early access to the new version.
If you would like to try it out, please send us an email at support@pagerduty.com and we will enable it for your account. We also ask that you send us a bit of feedback on our new UI.

Would be enough to allow export to external calendars (they have reminders in google calendar etc...)
