We have added the webhooks notification method to the PagerDuty roadmap. Thanks for the suggestion!

I’m happy to announce that we have a new version of the calendar live in production! We are running a beta testing period where we are giving customers early access to the new version.
If you would like to try it out, please send us an email at support@pagerduty.com and we will enable it for your account. We also ask that you send us a bit of feedback on our new UI.

This is now done! We’ve added “multi-incident support” for the PagerDuty services. This means that a service can track multiple incidents at once.
All new services have multi-incident support turned on by default. To turn it on for an existing service, go to one of your services in PagerDuty and click ‘Edit this service’. Then, under Incident Creation, select “Open a new incident for each trigger email” and click the “Save changes” button at the bottom.

Yes, good idea. Having the ability of categorizing alarms as “Critical”, “Medium Priority”, “Low Priority”, etc would be very useful, especially coupled with different alerting behavior for each priority level. For example, triggering a low priority alarm would just send an email; a critical alarm would phone the on-call right away.
This feature is high on our list of tasks.
