Allow more logic in Escalation Policies
In particular, I want each lower level to continue receiving alerts (based on their profile settings) until somebody ACKs the alert. The way it runs now, as the alert escalates past a person that person is 'let off the hook' and will receive no further alerts even if the event goes unACKed.

It might be helpful to have an option to inform team or even organisation with preset template customized with message passed with SMS reply like:

Definitely. WOuld love to see this work the same way as nagios escalations but in an easy to manage way.
